Thrive With Horses is a 501(c))(3) nonprofit located on a working horse ranch, Franklin Canyon Stables, in beautiful Martinez. Franklin Canyon Stables is a well-rounded facility offering extensive trails close to Mt. Wanda, several arenas and amazing opportunities for horsemen, women and children to flourish.

We have been at Franklin Stables since 2005, and through our well-established programs, we strive to provide a safe, enjoyable environment where riders learn responsibility and grow self-confidence while working with horses. Thrive With Horses aims to mentor, motivate and educate underprivileged youth and Veterans.

Thrive With Horses was founded by Kimberly Bredehoft, a master trainer and riding instructor, whose love and knowledge of horses has been an inspiration to her students. She has instilled a passion for horses in children and adults for many years. She and her staff of instructors bring horses and people together, thereby creating a positive, hardworking and loving environment.
